Your horses are amazing and beautiful. I have a Appaloosa mare, recently learned of the Indian shuffle and was looking at these amazing animals and honestly thinking of breeding my mare to one any advice?
I am sorry Stacy, but see that I missed your question! Hope that a late answer is better than none....the best advice I can give is to be sure that the horse you breed to is actually gaited, check the progeny to see how it is passed on. If your mare is not a shuffler you will only have a 50% chance of the foal inheriting the ability to gait. Good luck.
Hi There I'd like to thank you for such a terrific quality forum! Was thinking this would be a nice way to introduce myself!
